I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of transaction, especially difficult situations. These two were polar oposites, not only was I one of the first to know when a home entered the market in my target location. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $675k in Brea, CA.

  • We contacted Adam Brett to sell our home in the Artisan Walk neighborhood in Brea. He was very prompt in visiting to discuss the listing and asked us what we wanted out of the transaction. He gave a very realistic rundown of what was going to happen and best and worst case scenarios. I appreciated his candor and his professionalism. The MLS listing looked very good and I loved that virtual tour that you could do by texting the code and visiting the site that was listed on the yard sign. My wife and I were very happy with the outcome and have referred several others who have also been very happy.
